The release of The Last of Us Season 2 is getting closer by the day, and fans are excited. The original cast will return to reprise their roles in the following season, with some new additions. It has been revealed that the HBO series will feature six new actors, some of whom will play characters from The Last of Us Part II. According to the source, Joe Pantoliano will play Eugene, a minor character in The Last of Us Part 2 who is only referenced when Ellie and Dina discover a lab where he used to keep his cannabis supply. Eugene appears only once in the game, in a photograph, and the series will delve deeper into this character, according to TV show writers Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann.
Robert John Burke will also play a character from the game named Seth. Seth, like Pantoliano’s character, is a minor character who owns a bar in the Wyoming Community, where Joe and Ellie seek refuge throughout the first season. Noah Lamanna will play Kat, a minor character who dated Ellie during The Last of Us Seasons 1 and 2.
Alanna Ubach will portray Hanrahan, Ben Ahlers will play Burton, and Hettienne Park will play Elise Park, all of whom are new characters created for the show.
