At that point, Vecna appeared in the actual world to trick Hopper into removing Eleven from the bathtub. It’s obvious that he wants her out of the picture in order to accomplish his objectives. He talks about the future of each of them, and finally, he comes to Eleven. When he reaches Eleven’s part, he unknowingly reveals the truth. He says that it was a plan devised by Eleven and Kali. The sister duo led everyone to believe that Eleven was gone, but the reality is different. Eleven is alive and found her home in a beautiful town surrounded by lush greenery.
So, basically, Eleven saved Hawkins and her friends and decided to part ways with them to protect them from the Black Hand.
